The Project

McConnell Dowell and CPB Contractors, along with Design partners Mott McDonald, Arup and Aurecon have been awarded the Tram Grade Separation Projects as an Alliance, comprising of works at three main locations along the Glenelg Tram Line. The level crossings at Marion Road, Cross Road (MAC) and Morphett Road (MTX) will be replaced by tram overpasses, removing the interface with road traffic and creating new public spaces beneath. This $500M project will improve network efficiency and safety at their locations for all users.

Currently in the Design and procurement phase, early works for the project will commence in December 2024, with the occupation running from August to November 2025. Trams to be running by December 2025.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from people interested in being part of this project in the following roles:   Delivery Managers / Project Managers / Construction Managers in Surface Works, Structures and Rail.   Please note at this stage we are only accepting interest from current employees.  Please do not forward this to any of your external contacts as they will not be accepted.
