The Project

CPB Contractors along with our industry partners, have been appointed as an Alliance to deliver the Main South Road and Victor Harbor Road duplication projects, with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport located in Adelaide, South Australia.  This is known as the Fleurieu Connect Alliance.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior HSE Advisor to join our team in Tatachilla.  You will play a key role in the success of the project by delivering accurate and timely guidance of CPB’s safety and health management systems requirements, applications and support to the team and contribute greatly to the successful and safe delivery of the Project.  Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Minimum certificate 4 in OH&S management
  • Ideally, a Diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in a site-based role
  • Robust understanding of WHS Act and Regulations
  • Experience in Safety Management System implementation
  • Significant experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to build relationships and influence people at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Current Driver's License
