We are transforming the way we work and to support these efforts, we have a vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Manager – Operations. This is a parental leave cover contract for a duration of 12 months.
Your opportunity
Supporting the Group Manager responsible for Talent Acquisition & Management functions, you will be a key member of the People & Culture team and be accountable for:
- Business process owner for staff and wages recruitment (design, continuous improvement, governance and reporting)
- Managing the process for Executive recruitment and appointment (Level 7 and above)
- Ownership (and enhancement as required) of early careers and priority job seeker recruitment processes
- Vendor/partner management including establishment, ongoing quality review and delivery management
- Establishing a business process for external talent pipelining
- Recruitment capability development (accountable for recruitment training materials, training plans, skills matrix, and delivery)
- Responsibility for recruitment and talent governance and associated audit activities
- Ownership and management of recruitment process systems (LinkedIn, PageUp etc)
- Continuous improvement
What we would like you to possess:
- Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition processes and market challenges
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating talent solutions to resourcing challenges
- Proven track record of delivery through teams
- Strong relationship management, facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders
- Advanced communication skills (written and oral)
- Contractual and commercial awareness
- Computer literacy (Word, excel, project, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Knowledge and experience in using PageUp or relevant applicant tracking system
- Experience in establishing and leading outsourced, offshore or geographically dispersed teams would be advantageous
