The Project
CPB Contractors will be delivering a new bulk earthworks project in the Pilbara, WA. The project duration is scheduled to take 12 to 18 months, involving significant clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping, bulk earthworks, and pavement construction to support future mine development works. You would need to be site ready from early March 2025.
Your opportunity
Join CPB Contractors as a full-time employee and contribute to the success of one of Australia's largest contractors. Engage with industry leaders from project start-up, working on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) basis on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off roster.
We are seeking plant operators with the following RII tickets.
- Grader
- Excavator
- Dozer
- Loader
- Dump Truck Artic
- Dump Truck Rigid
- Tipper Truck
- Roller
- Watercart Artic
- Watercart Rigid
- Crane Operator (25T)

Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- Experience in a similar FIFO role (2-3 years minimum)
- RII coded tickets
- Final trim and/or GPS experience highly desirable
- Flexible & adaptable to changing environments
- Strong safety awareness
