What will a day in this role look like:
- Responsible for any contractual issues
- Reviewing all incoming contractual correspondence
- Reviewing and updating management on contractual risks and critical issues
- Identifying, evaluating and submitting all potential variations/claims
- Supervising the preparation of variations. Claims, EOT’s as needed on the project
- Responsible for all subcontract administration reviewing the claims and payment certificates
- Addressing the interpretation of condition of contract and dispute resolution
- Taking all adequate measures for avoiding disputes
- Addressing contractual matters with client/consultants/ subcontractors/suppliers and negotiating variations, claims, EOT and mitigating any contractual disputes
- Preparation of the project suite of subcontracts and supplier contracts
- Supervise the contract administration team to ensure all contract agreements are administered in accordance with the conditions and provisions of the contract agreements (including correspondence, variations, claims and payments)
What are we looking for you to bring to the team:
- Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
- Project commercial, contract and/or cost management background working with the construction industry
- Leadership

- High problem-solving skills
