The Project

The project is in the Defence sector on sites located in regional Western Australia. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration, involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets.

Your Opportunity
Join a leading team delivering critical infrastructure upgrades for a Defence sector project in regional WA. We are seeking an experienced Pavement Supervisor to lead the construction of airfield pavements and related infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pavement construction.
  • Strong expertise in pavement and earthworks construction, particularly for Defence or airfield projects.
  • Previous FIFO (Fly-In, Fly-Out) experience
  • Competence in planning, assigning, and monitoring daily work tasks within a team
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong focus on safety and performance in team settings
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in Defence and airfield project delivery is highly regarded
  • Ability to meet Department of Defence security clearance requirements (DCAC)
