The Opportunity
To contribute to the effectiveness of project/s by providing effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed.
This role will focus on:
- Setup and establish Aconex on all new projects
- Work with Tender teams in establishing Aconex for all new tenders
- Train all users including Document Controllers, Engineers and Project teams in Aconex
- Be the BU Champion for any support/assistance/system updates/working with Corporate Aconex and Quality teams
- Assist and support the startup of all new projects from a quality control perspective – working with early project teams to develop work flows, lots, finalise Quality Management Plan for client approval, development and implementation of Project Management System (PMS), etc
- Assist BU Quality Manager with any Business Unit Quality Controls matters as directed by BU Quality Manager (eg: review and importing of documents into IPKL, BU Quality Audits, etc)
- Maintenance of K-drive and renewables SharePoint drive
- Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks
Our minimum requirements for this role are:
- 2-5 years’ experience working in a Document Control/Quality Coordinator role.
- Technical competency or detailed understanding in document control
- Attention to detail
- Strong communicator who has skills in training
- Skill in stakeholder communication
- Delegation and decision making skills, e.g. quick thinking and confident in outcome
- Systematic approach to conducting work
