The Project 

NEWest Alliance is a multidisciplinary collaboration between CPB Contractors and DTI, working with the Public Transport Authority to deliver over $1.2 billion of works as part of METRONET.  

Across two projects (YRE and TCL), the Alliance will add 32 kilometres of track to Perth's rail network, 5 new stations and 3 station modifications as well as 14 kilometres of principal shared path.

 

Your Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer - Services reporting to Buidling Services Manager to join our NEWest Alliance team in delivering the Thornlie-Cockburn Link.

 

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Degree qualification in engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering discipline
  • Proven engineering construction delivery experience with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and communication systems (ideally Rail Stations buildings) 
  • A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery and commitment to promoting a friendly team environment on site
  • Proven commitment to promoting safety, quality and environment compliance on site
  • Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning and reporting on progress, cost and risk.
  • Experience in subcontractor management and supervision
  • Leading, mentoring and development of a team of engineers
  • Interface with design management, construction delivery teams, client and external stakeholders
