About the Role:

We are currently looking for an Administrator supporting the Paradise Dam project team. This is a permanent fulltime role, Monday to Friday with ongoing career opportunities, based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete general administration duties.
  • Assisting in the HR function of the project.
  • Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting/typing of correspondence and presentations.
  • Ensuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures such as the Management System.

 Requirements for this role:

  • Relevant experience in a similar administration role, entry level.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills.
