We are currently looking for a Services Engineer with electrical background and building experience in construction industry, to join one of our key projects delivering train stations on the Armadale line as part of ALUA Alliance.

About the Role
The Successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the technical aspects of the project delivery including the integration of project activities to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required quality.

As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractor.

Skills and Experience 

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction industry including strong building experience
  • A recognised degree in electrical engineering OR other relevant tertiary/trade qualification
  • Managed engineering disciplines, and sub-contractors on projects up to $100m
  • Demonstrated ability to manage services work packages
  • Applying engineering principles to comply with scope of works and technical criteria (SWTC)
  • Apply good communication and people skills
  • Ability to work well within a team or as an individual and to deliver against challenging deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project controls
  • Demonstrable understanding of safety, health and environment best practice
