As our next HR Administrator reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality solutions and results.

Perth CBD, Western Australia

Role

Primary responsibilities of this role will see you provide accurate and timely HRIS systems updates in line with internal people moves and related changes. You will support the HR Australia West function from a systems perspective, internal online forms and recruitment activities. Ad hoc administrative support to the HR Manager - Australia West & Africa, completing HR reports and general team administration are all requirements of the role.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing all Australia West salaried staff changes (movements, remuneration changes, terminations etc.) within the HRIS (oracle) system
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for Manager and other team members as required
  • Provide general day to day admin support to the HR team
  • Support Senior Recruiter with some recruitment activities such as booking interviews, reference checks and onboarding
  • Act as an intermediary between employees & payroll

Minimum Requirements

  • Competence in the following systems preferred but not compulsory:
    • Oracle and other HRIS 
    • JDE preferred
    • Internal management systems
  • Experience in an administrative role that has a high level of exposure and management of HR systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional organisation and planning
  • High attention to detail
  • Can engage and build relationships with stakeholders (primarily internal)
