We are seeking to appoint an experienced Receptionist to join our NSW/ACT business unit in our North Sydney office.  Being the face of the Business Unit, you will have exceptional presentation and communication skills. 

 Duties include however not limited to:

  • Manage open/close of Reception
  • Welcome visitors and facilitate sign in/security
  • Manage Parking Permits/Coordinate with Corporate Facilities
  • Process Access cards Orders
  • Monitor the “travel inbox” and facilitate travel bookings for business unit staff
  • Issue staff parking passes and maintain register
  • Meeting room coordination including VC meetings
  • Update Security and Parking logs
  • Organise archiving
  • Manage and maintain mobile phone orders
  • Process internal/external Mail/Couriers
  • Cover for admin team members when required (Annual Leave or Sick Leave)

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • Recent reception or administrative experience in a similar position, ideally within a Corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
